    I always thought that "internment" season 4x05 was the best walking dead episode (minus the pilot)

    The situation in the prison hospital was spiraling out of control while Carl and rick where fighting off a horde with a pair of ar-15s at the fence and then the cavalry turns up just in time to save the day
    Then as they are burning the dead in the morning, Brian Heriot turns up with a new army.


    and Hershel Greens performance made the episode, I think thats the episode where he gives his speech as well

    The music was great in season 4 as well
