Do not save search history Google removed

The :Do not save search history: iin Googles search settings has been removed, resulting in every recent search showing when you go to type! This only started happening today, I have checked a few different browsers on my phone and two tablets.

Anyone else experiencing this, see screenshot showing its existence previously. (Note I am not signed in to Google)
