No sign of my October bil

    Got an email my bill had issued - no sign 6 days later

    Live chat are of no help.

    Any idea why it takes so long to issue ?  What is going on with myeir?

    I have the same issue, bill issued Sept 19th, email said it is viewable on myeir, it is not. Myeir says that my first bill will be issued in Oct 19th!

    Contacted eir chat support, they said they would send out a bill, they did not.

    There are some serious technology problems, communication problems, and support problems in this company.
