Hiya,

I was wondering would any of ye know what to do when the Axa Drivesafe app can't pick up your GPS. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled, i've checked its permissions etc. I've tried to contact Axa about this issue but has not heard anything back. I

Not sure about the app gps problem. But 5% rebate on ~€1000 premium is 50e ?

Is it worth having 'them' monitor all this for 50 euro ?

-- You must download the app onto your mobile phone and begin recording your trips on that phone within 7 days of incepting your policy
-- You must record all trips on your app
-- You must record a minimum of 400 km (250 miles) over any 90 day assessment period
-- You must record at least 90 trips over any 90 day assessment period
-- You must record a trip on your app at least once every 21 days
-- The app must be used by you when driving your own and should not be used by anybody else


They will aggregate lots of people driving data, anonymise it and sell it on as industry analytics for many multiplies of 50e !

Yeah that seems far too intrusive to be worth such a small amount.
