Avensis - No electrics

    Have a 2005 Toyota Avensis 1.6 vvti that starts and drives absolutely fine, but none of the electrics are working. No lights, wipers, electric windows, radio or power steering working. The EML comes on when ignition turns on and then goes out again when car starts. It’s also got a power steering failure light illuminated. All the fuses and relays are ok...
    has anyone any ideas if there’s any modules or anything that could be replaced to sort the problem?. Thanks.

    Suggest you pick 1 system and test if gets any power/ has ground - ie your lights with a volt meter. if the volt meter reads batter voltage on both, then its a bad / poor connection somewhere (as there is enough for volt meter but not enough to run the load)

    if you get no voltage then your moving back to the relay's / ecu / possibly ignition switch
