Just thought I would get an opinon here before getting a plumber to look at in case its something really simple.

The tap is a square mixer tap (installed as part of bathroom refurb over a year ago) and is connected to mains. The hot water side is slightly better than cold and together not too bad but pressure is way way below normal for both either separately or the same time. No issues with the kitchen tap.

Thanks in advance for any help.
