Chinese English Version or Global Version - which best to order?

    Looking at a phone stocked online in a Euro Warehouse and there is a Chinese English version of the Phone and a Global version of the phone - the colour that I like the best is Chinese and English Version - if I ordered that one would I face any problems? - is it something to do with OTA updates and Google play or something? - im a bit confused.
