In a redundancy situation, is a bonus considered in your weekly firgure per year?

    If you are being made redundanct and you are calculating you weekly rate to confirm your figure, is your bonus applicable to that figure?

    As an example in my contract im entitled to a bonus based on performance, this is never an issue and for 10 years i have received same, if im made redudant am i supposed to calculate my gross pay including my bonus which is paid monthly?

    Citzens information states gross pay, regular over time and benifits in kind are included in your calculations for your payment

    When I was made redundant, my bonus wasn't taken into consideration, I wouldnt expect it to really.
