Does Eir sport have connection problems at the moment?

I figured I might as well watch the Mcgregor fight and get some use out of Eir sport but http://live.eirsport.ie/ has been down most of today although I did manage to access it a few times.

I know microsoft has told everyone to stop using silverlight and that it was a mistake but internet explorer 11 is the only option I have right now until Eir update the service to be compatible with modern internet browsers. 
I've checked on http://www.isitdownrightnow.com and it also says the site is down.
Is it like this for everyone and will it be fixed in time for the fight?

There was a large volume of traffic on the service due to the fight and it was giving customers error messages, however, if the customer tired a few times they were able to access it. I hope you got to watch the fight in the end.
