    Hi guys,

I only have Virgin TV so I'm not sure of any legal ways to watch the fight. Can you subscribe to BT Sport online or anything? I don't want to be relying on unreliable streams on the night.

    Thanks for the help.

So I can only watch it if I have Sky?

You need BT sports 2..doesnt matter if you have it with Sky or Virgin Media or you can use Eir Sport if you have that. Those are the only ways.

Bollocks. I have Virgin but I don't think BT Sport is part of the deal. Their website is ****e so I can't tell if there's any option to add it on. They really like to make it hard for me to give them money.

Anyone know a workaround for this?

    It's robbery. I have three options;

    Option 1:
Change TV service providers from Virgin Media to Eir

    Option 2:
Pirate the stream and risk Khabibs face not only getting messed up by McGregor but pixels too

    Option 3:
Go out and socialise with people in a pub (NO THANK YOU)

Any other options?? Cheers Eir. Sound bunch of lads.

I posted your best option in your thread over in the Eir forum

I don’t see why it wouldn’t. It definitely allows you to purchase it when connected via vpn

I have a VPN that allows me to change country provider.

What legitimate website do you recommend purchasing the fight from? over what country VPN?

It's available on UFC.tv with a VPN set to Germany. Starts at 25 quid for SD. I've checked a few other countries and it seems to the standard price.

I'm sure they are more than happy to take cash from countries where they have existing TV deals so can't see it being an issue.

sorry I'm not 100% up on these things but does that mean you watch it from your laptop only?

Got it for 17 euro using that method early on. Me mate doesn't have any the channels down in his and no one wants to chance the other methods so hopefully this works perfectly!

If your laptop has HDMI you can send it to your TV. If it has VGA you'll only get the pictures on the TV,, assuming that your TV has a VGA port.

It's actually only 19.99us if bought on UFC.tv. If bought through the app they try to rope you into Fight Pass as well it seems.

It can be watched on TV if you have a Chromecast etc. or a hdmi cable to connect laptop to telly but otherwise it's a laptop/phone/tablet etc.

There's also an app for Samsung and LG smart TVs.

Does it usually work on UFC.tv via a VPN based on other recent PPVs?

Connect from Germany. The PPV is €17.89 (iirc) from UFC.TV - that's HD too. HDMI the laptop to the telly and jobs a good'un

Lads, careful of the data allowance on free VPN. Couple of hours streaming will chew through most free allowances in no time, especially in HD.
