Pre-Pay Top Up Not Registered -ex-meteor

    Hi, I topped up on the 25th Sept with €20 to my prepay mobile . I checked my usage stats and I haven't used the €20 but I seem to be out of credit . My Usage in the last 30 days is only €15 so I'm thinking there is an issue with the actual top up .

    My plan - Pre-Pay eir Mobile Simplicity

    My Current Offer - Free eir mobile Calls, Any Network Texts & 250MB Data - offer active .

    Any help ? , I was onto web chat and they were going to transfer my to someone else but the chat was ended :(
