Hi
I have moved to Northern Ireland and had missed hearing of the refund - but the landlord of my previous property just forwarded on the letter with the cheque which is now out of date - the delay on her end was due to serious illness.
I can't use the phone number provided as it doesn't work from the North. How do I get a new cheque issued? .
