Hi I closed my eir account back in May still getting email saying my bank will be debited thankfully it’s not.
Why am I still getting theses emails

It appears that your account is in credit of this amount which is why there is a minus before the figure. If you contact customer care directly on 1800 303 610 then we can issue a refund to you.
