Water supply problem

    I have reported a water supply outage to our property but it is still not appearing on the Irish Water outage map / page. I understand that this map / page only gets updated when the local Council workers advise that they are actually working on the problem. I need my water supply back urgently (I run a B&B and am full with guests needing showers etc) and need assurance that the problem is being worked on. At a mimimum I need an update on the nature of the issue and likely time to repair it. I can provide my specific details offline if thats helpful. Thank you.
