VAT after Brexit

Failing a deal, where the UK crashes out I have a situation that I'm hoping some here may know the answer. I buy product from a Multinational but it is a UK registered company. Some of the product they supply is manufactured in the UK but the more expensive product is manufactured in Germany. Just to add a small complication the EU manufactured product is done under the same Multinational company but one that's registered in the EU.
What happens regarding VAT, for the EU manufactured VAT will the product be subject to an VAT before I receive the product and if so is this VAT reclaimable.
What happens the UK product, will this have UK VAT applied, and if so can this be reclaimed ?
I appreciate Brexit hasn't happened but I'm curious as to what the situation would be in a no deal situation and the UK becomes a 3rd Country.

It depends on the deal but at the end of the day , the UK will be outside of the EU.
Looking forward to seeing a new duty calculator when the deal is done.

But if the deal includes the customs union, would that apply 0% vat on exports

Nobody knows what will happen till it happens and that will be at the last second before the UK has to crash out.
