Does he have an EU Pet Passport? Assuming so, try http://www.pets-on-board.ie/

he'll need passport and injections etc i have never heard of anyone bringing their dog to spain for holidays its very nice of you but very costly. My friend is bringing her dog home from USA she has registered her as a therapy dog and she can have her on the plane beside her maybe look into that avenue who knows what you might find !!

This is an insult to people who actually rely on dogs as a guide, medical alert or assistance dog.
Op it may be less stress on you and your dog to look into kennels in Ireland or someone to look after the dog in your home.

Do you really think it's worth putting the poor dog through all that stress for the sake of 3 weeks? Plus dangers of picking up illness from the water, other animals etc there. Just get a petsitter, or put her in a kennel. Much kinder.

That's fair enough, it came across as though you were suggesting to the OP to head that route simply to avoid paying the fare for the dog/to have the dog in the cabin which is where I would have issue.

The title says flying, but would you consider going by ferry?
