    Hi all

    Working on approval in principle with my broker atm and he has said go ahead and view places, looking on the weekend , at this point should i have a solicitor in play? And also when are there costs payable

    Costs are payable when you close. Get a good solicitor now to save you scrambling around for one and getting a gob****e down the road.
