Reliable Inde BMW mechanic near Park West

Looking for a reliable BMW inde near Park West as my pride and joy went into limp mode earlier this afternoon (drivetrain warning light came on).

Drove home okay (at reduced speed ) but I need it sorted tomorrow as I really need the car for work.

I've seen some posts about Motor Confidence in Knockmitten Lane that all seem fairly positive. Anyone know if they are still operating or any useful info.

They are they are in western industrial estate across Nangor Rd from parkwest. They have a great rep on here but I never used them I have a cousin looking after mine.
When my cousin was away I used Bloomfield motors off South circular road and last year when he was away on holidays I needed something done he recommended Dave Lonegan motors in Ballymount which is only a few minutes from parkwest too.

So there's 3 garages all BMW specialists I've used 2 with great results and Motor Confidence which I haven't used but only saw good things said about them here.

Choice is yours!!

I've used Motor Confidence a few times now, service price was pretty good and they really do know their stuff. Cars in with them now actually. For the same problem you have!

Thanks folks. That gives me a couple of options to work with in the morning. I work around the corner from Motor Confidence so they would be handiest as I could just walk back to work, Depends who can sort it for me fairly quickly as I need the motor on the road.

It's out of warranty so I'm not going to pay the mad money a dealer would ask for..

Will let you know how /I get on..

Just an update. Got the car sorted and some other work done including brake pads at DL Motorworks in Ballymount. Great service and the car is going well.
