Activation issue

    Hi,

    My service transferred to Eir roughly a month ago.

    I am trying to get Eir Sport but according to Eir Customer Support my service is still showing as awaiting activation.

    I was told the same thing 3 weeks ago but that it would change to active in 24/48 hours.

    Can you please help me with fixing my issue.
