    Finally got Efibre availability. Applied on-line but was turned down due to a credit check. WTF???
    Followed email instructions, sent a letter on the 4/9th and have heard nothing since. I see the stock answer on here is that it takes 10 working day for a reply on related issues but at this stage I am waiting  double that for a reply.How long more of a wait do I have?

    Have you tried vodafone or sky they both resell much the same service.

    How is it possible to find out how long the contract I am currently on is left? I've never come across customer service like this before.
