Parcel laying idle in Portlaoise mail ctr.

    Have a parcel which was due but it appears it hasnt moved from PortLaoise. Have tried to contact customs however theyre closed for the day. Any suggestions as to
    why? If it is customs related do they hold items until import duty has been paid?

    Only the 2nd working day. Don't bother calling as they never answer.

    Send invoice to parcelpost@revenue.ie with tracking number in the subject line. They'll process it and release it back to AP for delivery.
