When you google "2016 toyota corolla fan noise" you get lots of hits and some videos of people with similar problems. It seems the blower motor has issues.

My next question is, did you buy the car new? And is there any kind of warranty still standing? I'd take it in if there was. There could be something stuck in the motor, but given what others are saying from my quick google search, it seems that something has broken and is rattling around inside it. It could be as simple as just removing the offending piece of plastic. Or it could need a new heater motor.

Really it's quite difficult for us to say without more info.

I presume you're not the first owner? How does the Toyota warranty stand? In my mind it might actually be covered in a manufacturers warranty given it's not really a wear and tear part. It might be worth popping into a Toyota dealer and see what they say.
