I am a landlord currently charging well below market rent to tenants in place since nov 2016.
    Charging €1200 instead of €1500.
Is fairview a rent pressure zone?
What the max i can increase by?
    Thanks

Fairview is a rent pressure zone.

You can increase the rent to 1252 to take effect in January. You must give 90 days written notice of the rent increase.
