Hi There, Does anybody know if the luas operators have had to sign up to a Service Level Agreement, and if it is public if so? I can find no reference to any but I can't imagine how one could not exist. I ask is the red line frequency falls far far below what is promised for peak times on the luas website.

If there is, it's either with the RPA or the NTA and I wouldn't expect much details behind it to be published.

Likewise, if KPIs of any sort are to slip, I'd expect that to happen during peak periods.

Thanks for that. Interesting that it says above 10 minutes for off peak times as my experience is that trams are 13 mins apart from Saggart at 8am

07.54, 08.04, 08.16, 08.24, 08.34, 08.44, 08.54, 09.04. There may be a minute or two time lag departing a terminus for many reasons.

The info booklet above lists green and red lines but in reality those numbers are far more applicable to the green. Red has far more messing around with traffic that makes the higher frequencies difficult.
