Whats everyones garage coming in at direct labor. Im thinking of building a 10x8m garage with roller door. plastered outside. Will leave footpaths and insulation for a later date. Have been chatting to 2 people who have built for 20k same spec only slightly smaller.

You should get it done for that...mine was around 25k with 5k work or bespoke teak doors. 60m square. I also fully plastered n slabbed inside and floored loft.
