Any of you fine folk ever retro fitted a RF controllable motor to Venetian Blinds and then add to home automation setup?

I've watched a couple of videos and think I could handle the software configuration to say add to a Google Home setup, but its the actual fitting of the motor/servo to the blinds that I might struggle with.

    Anyone ever done similar?

Not just get an entire blind, i dont think they are expensive with servo intact.

You would have to be comfortable running power to it though whatevet setup you do.
