Dairy lads what you using for teat spray and dairy detergents... Currently here on Unisan Powder although i dont think much of it due to the fact my tbc has went crazy since starting using it.... Hot wash every 7 days using acid from same crew .... will be changing up for sure

As for the teat spray situation Scc at 150000 would like it lower was talkin to reps at ploughing that could nearly guarantee me if i changed to their products my Scc would be below 100 which would be nice!! Currently on Virolac Concentrate .... the reps i was talkin to main gripe with the virolac was the fact it had to be mixed for use with varying qualities of water and also the fact that after 48 hours the components of the teat spray begin to seperate from the water... in our case four 10L virolacs made 160l of spray which will do me a while...
Hilltop and Arkshield are 2 brands that stood out to me with good reports ...

I had scc running at approx 150 last few years with an odd one over 200. I am now running at 76 average for year so far with some tests as low as mid 30s. I changed 2 things that 'may have affected it. First was I changed my dry cow tube to Cephaguard Just because of shorter withdrawal time and second I changed to Arkshield teatspray. So either one or both of them helped or it was just a coincidence.

Personally think Deosan Teatfoam is the best out there. Also the most expensive but if you want results give it a go. Chlorohexadine based.
