Euronet ATMs

Anyone have any issues using these euronet atms or am I doing something wrong? I used one today in local shopping centre but there was no option for me to withdraw cash after entering my pin. The only options I had were pin change, pin unblock and balance enquiry. I had to go to another atm to withdraw cash.
