    Hi

    I have the below
    https://www.freetv.ie/satellite-amplifier-16-20db/

I want to put it between my satellite coax cable and the receiver box. What connector do I need so I can screw onto the amplifier and the receiver box.

I probably will need to put a piece of coax cable between the amplifier and the box.

    Thanks

Yes. A small piece of cable with two F connectors. You really should not need that amplifier though unless the cable distance from the dish is very long. If you have an alignment issue that amplifier is not going to fix it.

Look at signal strength on sat box and if you say box ie make model we can check a bit better.

    I got this sorted.
Signal reading was only 1/3. Now it is over 1/2.
Hopefully that will sort my drop out issues.
