Ordered item online - sent back for refund - they're saying they didn't get it

Hi guys Ordered a leather jacket on EMP about 3 weeks ago Anyways, received it and it was huge - I posted it back last Tuesday (9 days ago) - for a refund - their warehouse is in Northampton Now the twats are saying they never received it :mad: return post cost me 13 euro, I have receipt What are my rights? Cheers

Hi guys

Did you send it by registered post or just regular post? Unfortunately if you only sent by regular post, there’s not much comeback. You could email them a copy of the receipt to prove you sent it, but they can still claim they didn’t receive it. If sent by registered post then it can be tracked.
