samsung s6 only works on loudspeaker

    hello, my gf samsung s6 will only work on loudspeaker... or through the bluetooth in the car. if i ring her , i cant hear her unless she uses the loudspeaker. is it worth getting fixed? or better off replacing it?? any idea on repair costs? all advice greatly appreciated.

    S6 must be fairly "old" at this stage.
    You got to consider what else might start to go wrong.
    Could consider S7 (oldish), S8 or S9 if she prefers Samsung.
    All have been reduced on Amazon.de in the last week or so.

    You could also try blowing air into the phone mic in case it's blocked somehow. .

    Finally could try a factory reset... Making sure photos etc are backed up first
