I had eir sport streaming on internet explorer as I think it needs silverlight. I opened chrome and chose to stream the desktop, then minimised and opened internet explorer and set it to full stream.

The result was not great, a bit choppy. Is there a better way to use it with a chromecast?

(wasn't sure which forum to post in)

You’re probably best off just using a HDMI cable in those circumstances, I know it’s not ideal.

Ideally satellite customers (who pay the most for eir Sport) would be given access to the eir Sport app, but eir would rather you took out a B.B. sub - unfortunately this isn’t a runner for some of us but they don’t care.
