New build - multiply water leaks

    Hi all.
We moved into our newly built home a few months ago. There have been 3 water leaks so far. One serious one which flooded half of upstairs and some of downstairs plus damage to ceilings and water and door frames etc.
The builder will repair all and that's no issue.
The issue is I have no confidence in the plumber but i'm stuck with him and have to take his word that everything is now fine. Is there a method or test which I can organised which pressure tests the cold water system in the house? Or do I just have to live in fear?
    Thank you.
