I have an amazon fire tablet and recently the keyboard has more or less stopped working. If I reboot the tablet it will work fine for a day or so and then it stops again. Keyboard appears on the screen and the little cursor will flash but when I hit a key the cursor disappears and no text appears.

Im using the default Silk browser and the tablet is a Fire 7, 2015 model.

Anyone aware of any fixes or have any suggestions? Would using a different browser make any difference or would it be worthwhile contacting Amazon about it?
