Android head unit for 2007 Ford Focus

I've just got a Focus that came with one of those Parrot Systems and although the calls sound great on it, I can't use it to play music and podcasts etc. so I've been thinking I might just get an Android Head unit to replace it (I think I need a 2Din?).

Any recommendations on a decent head unit for less than €200? I'm hoping to get one that supports Android Auto if that's possible?

I currently use Android Auto on my phone and like the UI of that but if I can't get one that supports it I'd want something with a decent looking UI and that will handle apps like Google maps, Play Music/Spotify and a podcast player.

    Any advice is appreciated.

For the money it’s unlikely you’ll get anything decent.

How much would I be looking at for something worth getting?

For eBay Chinese jobs with decent hardware, I’d say loser to €300.
That said you can get Pioneer/Sony/JVC android auto headunits for approx €400 on eBay so that’s the way I’d go.

If you forego the touchscreen and android auto, it’s entirely possible to get a headunit that supports bluetooth streaming within your €200 budget. You could even keep the stock headunit and add a module that will do this.

I know a screen would be far better but if you've no joy, swap the parrot for an mki9200. Those ones stream.
