Ceiling leak

    A sitting room ceiling had quite a leak a job was done and it was polyfilled and sanded. It it looks poor. Rather than having to get a plasterer in ... is there any type of paint that you could use to do the whole ceiling ( not stiple) to make it look sound

    No, if it’s poor now before painting, it will always look crap unless fixed prior.. get some ready mix plaster and try fill it, let dry, sand repeat if necessary...
