Refund query

    I had flights booked with Iberia via Expedia. As is normal with Expedia you have to contact the airline afterwards to add baggage.



    2 weeks ago Iberia suddenly decided to change the dates and times of my flights and such a change was unacceptable so I told Expedia to cancel and refund my money.


    So far they have refunded the base price paid to Expedia.
    No sign of the extra 80 for baggage coming back.


    Am I write in assuming that a refund on the flights would include the baggage or is it a lost cause chasing the baggage fees?

    How is that relevant to the query? I have my reasons which are not the subject of this thread.

    Expedia have refunded me in full for what was paid to them. That's fine as it was a considerable sum of money.

    Iberia/Level charged me for the baggage which has not been refunded. It is 80 Euro but still.

    Did you make your claim through expedia? If so the baggage claim might need to be directly with the air line as expedia had nothing to do with it?
