Billing Issue

I've left eir with a couple of months, I was locked out of my eir for a few months before that despite asking here and over the phone. I was on holidays with 2 weeks and came back to letters from agents and solicitors to settle a final bill.

Why did Eir not contact me directly? Why, while I was still a customer, did you not fix the issue where I could not log in to my eir. I've tried several times to get this resolved and now I'm left with posting on a public forum.

THe only reason I have an outstanding bill is I couldn't make a payment as I didn't know what my bill was.

I would expect a response on this asap and that the "hounds" are called off.

What a terrible way to treat a customer of 10 years.

    Hi Muttly,

I'm very sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you are having with ourselves.

If you PM me your account number, full name on the account, email address and date of birth I'll have a look into this for you.

    Thanks

Thanks Eir. More threatening letters even though the bill is paid. And yet again you typically won’t answer the phone.

I’ve never been so happy to not be with a shambles of a company like Eir.

I will be going to my solicitor on Monday unless this is sorted today.

    Hi Muttly,

I'm very sorry to hear you have received another letter.

I've contacted the team who remove you from the debt collectors list and requested this is done. The balance is cleared on our side so no money is owed.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    Thanks

    Tracey
