    Saw this in some of the coverage of Kipchoge's run, he was using drinks and gels from a new company

    the idea is that they contain a higher level of carbohydrates, but are hydrogels so more easily absorbed

    I'm going to try them :o

    Got some on sigmasports.com the other day as they sell them singly, so easier to try out instead of chancing a 10+ pack.

    Also - I used the code NEW5 to get a fiver off.
