I picked up the Ghostbusters Firehouse HQ for €280 today instead of the usual €350 (or €360 on the Lego website) with this deal.

An absolute steal.

I added an item for €2 to get over the €350 mark.

I picked up the Carousel and Pirate Rollercoaster today. They're to go with the Big Wheel I got last month. That's this year theme and entertainment for my christmas party for my little nieces sorted for this year. €202 after the discount.

I need to stay away from Smyths now for a few days. Jokers Manor is calling my name.

Absolutely. I can never see it discounted itself by €160 to €140 on its own on any legitimate Lego site. And add to that, I can't see Smyths offering a better promotion than 20% off where you could include Lego.

It's generally done once a year to clear shelves before Christmas stock comes in.

It was on the last week of September last year also.

I got Ninjago city on this deal last year. Built it over 2 weeks recently and what a build, what a set!

Opted for same kind of budget for this years version and picked up the full Harry Potter wave, the great hall, aragogs lair, hogwarts express, whomping willow and quiddich match. A very satisfying 20% off haul :-)

UCS Millenium Falcon is out of stock now in Smyths.

Um.. well.. um.. I couldnt resist it for the price.
Every time I went in I looked at it behind that glass cabinet.

No it's not. Only Blanchardstown is out of stock but every other store has at least 1 in stock at the moment.

There's plenty more in the other stores by all accounts so no fears.
