Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

MyTaxi payment question

    Hello,

    I just installed MyTaxi app and pre-booked taxi for tomorrow morning.

    I added my credit cards details. My question is: Will my card will be charged after the trip? and will driver be able to issue me a receipt?

    Payment is at the end and a receipt is sent via email instantly!:)

    You haven't gotten the taxi yet. You'll get a receipt after your journey.

    As above. A receipt is a confirmation of your final charges. You won't get a receipt until your journey finishes, as this is when the final charges are known

    You can ask the driver for the printed receipt as well but you should get the email receipt pretty instantaneously

    You can choose to pay cash when you're booking the taxi, you don't have to use your card.
