    Hi,

Can anyone help me download planning documents and drawings for planning submission submitted to Cork county council.

The online app and mobile app seem to timeout when searching for documents.

    The numbers are

    92/291
    92/292
    18/04068

They are for a new housing estate.

    Are you using Microsoft Edge?

Ya I’ve tried Edge, IE11, Firefox and Chrome.

All can find the planning application but fails when trying to retrieve documents.

Anyone know of another way to view drawings of developments ?

Edge is a well known problem with the councils web sites. They are not set up for it. I find I have to use IE exclusively for viewing any planning files and I’d use Edge for everything else.

The IT departments are well aware of this but they have no update to allow use with Edge at present.

I think there's a problem with corkcoco planning website at the moment. I've never had a problem looking at documents with Explorer but last night and today I'm getting a retrieval error message so hopefully just a temporary blip.
