Does anyone know, for sending parcel from one PM user to another PM user, do both parties get charged? I always thought it was just the sender that was being charged, not also the person collecting. Thanks

    Just the sender pays.

Presumably the other party will be charged if they don't pick it up in time.

might be, but that wouldn't be the norm, as in, if you're there collect it on time, the other party shouldn't be charged. I've messaged parcel motel too, just to be sure. Thanks

Parcel Motel charge at both ends if sending to another locker.

I have sold stuff on Adverts & sent via PM twice & the buyer had to pay to collect their item each time.

    Where's the bargain??????

You're in the wrong forum, should be consumer issues!

Stopped with that crowd. Parcel was 2cm oversize . Something that is hard to judge when buying online. Got charged normal rate and another tenner and had to collect it from a depot in Dublin.

Its also taking them and extra day to get it to a locker compared to when they started. If I check in on Friday night, I does not get to my locker till very late Monday night Tues morning.

    DPD beats them hands down.
