Care to say why both interest you. Both quite different. Could help others who mightnt have done the full course of either but done modules of either course and could help you

yeah, i know, they're not similar at all which is why i'm confused, i should've been more specific. my interest in psychology stems from the fact i like helping people and i'm really into human behaviour and mental illnesses . hh&d because i like biology and health (basically aspects of medicine but i don't want to do medicine)

I did HHD, so can answer questions about it. It's a good course if you're interested in human biology/health. You'll cover a broad range of topics under that field, it takes a 'cells to systems' approach where you'll start off learning about cell biology and it will build up to more clinical content /applications as you progress. You will cover mental illnesses but mostly from a neuroscience perspective so it's more biology based than psychology is.

However, you might find you don't like studying neuro/psychology so much when you get into it. I thought I wanted to do research into neuroscience/depression myself in the early years of the course but as I went on I found I preferred immunology so I specialised in that instead. So HHD might be a better option to give you a broader taste of different fields within health research, unless you're certain you want to specifically study psychology/neuro.
