So thinking of going to Barcelona for a weekend in January, where would the best place to stay, should we stay near the city centre or could we stay further out near the suburbs and is it much hassle/cost much to get into the city centre, what would be the best attractions to visit when we only have two days

I can recommend yurbban or yurbban trafalgar.

I like lá boqueria the food market
Sagrada familiar or basilica are stunning, and the magic fountain are decent bets.
Or maybe Park guell (tends to be rammed though so book) or casa batllo it depends what you are into tbh.

Defo book sagrada if you going.
