    Hi, I’m 17years old and I’m interested in starting karting. I am I too old to get started?, anything I need to know and is there any clubs/tracks in the Laois Kilkenny area

    If you head over to Motorsport in the Sports topic, you'll find a thread called 'Getting started in motorsport' it's being run by Art McCarrick from Motorsport Ireland. I'm sure he'd be happy to answer any questions you may have. Best of luck with it.

    ....also one of the best karting tracks I've been on is in Kilkenny. Google kiltorcan com and give it a go
