    Hi,

Got given Mac Book Pro and having some issues with it.

Firstly I can't access any Apple websites without the message in my title popping up on Safari.

I downloaded chrome and I can access them, but when I download the latest os it is corrupted.

If I try to download an app from the app store it says that I need to download the latest software to update my payment information. (I updated it using Chrome but it made no difference.)

I haven't a clue about computers, which doesn't help, but does anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks
