I seen a new plate on a DFB ambulance where their Callsign is usually located. Are there now new Callsigns within DFB?

These are the same callsigns which are used by all other fire services nationally! DFB are adopting them!

Looks similar to the HSE callsigns.

The Fire Services are changing over to Tetra next year and the 3 Regional Fire Control centers are being upgraded etc.

In order to standardise the callsigns DFB are changing over to the national callsign format which is in use nationwide.

The plate you have shown is the format for all of the new callsigns. They are being implemnted on a phased basis over the next couple of weeks in order to iron out any problems before Tetra next year

Was there a change to the rollout of the new call signs? heard the old one's in use recently again rather than the new DN one's

This is one thing DFB should be warned about tbh. Not that it's ever going to happen, but you'd hope not.
    NEOC is an utter disaster.
