T8 LED tubes, good or bad?

Looking to replace about 30 fluorescent tubes at work. Seen some V-tac ones for about €15. Anybody recommend using LED tubes with the standard fluorescent fitting? I believe they come with a blank starter. If so, would it be possible to get a recommendation for a good and cheap supplier?

They're ok yeah.
I just swap the fixtures some of the retrofit methods are a bit janky.

Nothing beats 3528 leds 240leds per meter strip.
