Selling a Theme Park Ticket on eBay

Looking for some advice here. I recently returned from a family holiday to Florida. We purchased tickets to the various theme parks before we left. One of our party could not attend two of the parks due to illness whilst we were there.

I put the unused ticket up for sale on eBay (half the retail value as it is due to expire at the end of 2018 and I just wanted to see if I could recoup some of my costs).

All went well until another eBay member starting messaging me asking to see the reverse side of the ticket. I initially refused and that's when things got interesting.

This eBay member started to send more messages claiming I was committing fraud by selling this ticket, that I was going to be reported to the police and eBay and because the ticket was non-transferable, I was knowingly trying to defraud potential buyers. In total about a dozen messages were received. I'm not 100% sure what this other eBayer's agenda was but ultimately I sold the ticket to another buyer (I will stress that the ticket was unused and had never been scanned at any of the parks it was applicable to).

I know concert and festival tickets can not be sold on eBay but has anyone any experience of selling attraction tickets on eBay in the past??
